Studio 1831 offers more than just yoga and belly dance classes. Throughout the year, you can take a variety of classes in many different styles and ways to improve your health.  Although we primarily provide classes in yoga and belly dance, Studio 1831 doesn’t limit itself to those two things.  Those in the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas can take a variety of classes, including:Zumba & Cardio Striptease with Philly Dance Fitness at Studio 1831!

  • Zumba – Zumba® is the hottest craze in health and fitness.  It fuses Latin and international rhythms with easy to follow moves for an energizing, calorie-burning workout.  Zumba is an effective workout for novice and expert alike!
  • Body Conditioning – Studio 1831 prides itself in providing a healthy foundation for every kind of student.  Body Conditioning is a 50-minute class that focuses on toning and strengthening the major muscle groups including arms, legs, abs and glutes.  You will also use a variety of props including weights, resistance bands, and physio balls.  We insure a safe and effective workout by emphasizing proper technique. 

These classes nicely complement our yoga and belly dance programs.  At Studio 1831, we provide you with an all-around workout, utilizing both mind and body.
